It's time for our annual walk, Baby Steps for Life again!! By attending this awesome family-friendly event you will support life as you surround yourself with like-minded people who believe that life is a gift, and every life deserves to be saved and protected!
Our goal for our pro-life community is to raise $130,000 that Oasis will use to protect the unborn, support families in need, and glorify God in the process.
TWO WAYS TO GET INVOLVED:
1. GIVE: find a friend who is Walking for Life and sponsor them (see SPONSOR button on top of this page to find their name)
2. WALK: Become a Sponsored Walker and recruit friends and family to support your convictions and your efforts. Most funds come in online, super convenient! All funds benefit Oasis directly but we have amazing incentives as you set your GOAL. See below.
- Create a TEAM! Get your family, friends, or small group together and create a TEAM! The more the merrier! This would also make for an amazing team-building activity for coworkers, youth groups, and Sunday school groups. You have two options for walking:
- Come walk with us under the oak trees by the lake and make a difference in our region!
Each loop is 1 mile long. You may walk it just once or up to 3 times. It's up to you!
- Walk wherever you feel socially comfortable. You can even walk on your own treadmill!
We'd still want you to sign up, just select the 'virtual walker' option.
This fun, family-friendly fundraising event requires no prior athletic training or ability. We will have fun, family-friendly activities such as:
* bounce houses
* lawn games
* snow cones
* cotton candy
* balloon folding and more!
No age restrictions - everyone is invited to participate.
Sorry, no pets except for documented Service Dogs.
We're excited to walk with you for this GREAT cause and want to encourage you to reach your fundraising goal with these incentives:
Walkers who raise at least:
$250 will receive a coveted 2022 walk t-shirt
$500 will receive the walk t-shirt and a cross-body bag
$1,000 will receive the t-shirt and $50 UBER Eats Gift Card
$1,500 (Save a Life!) will receive the t-shirt and a JBL waterproof, portable speaker

Oasis Pregnancy Care Centers
OASIS is a non‐denominational, faith‐based, non‐profit ministry that offers encouragement and support to all women and families experiencing a planned or unplanned pregnancy, regardless of faith or background. We have four centers in Tampa-Bay: Dade City, Land O Lakes, North Tampa and Wesley Chapel.
Women, teens and families experiencing unplanned pregnancies can find hope at OASIS. Clients can receive free pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, peer counseling, education, and information on childbirth, fetal development, and prenatal care. We also offer information on adoption and the value and sanctity of human life along with practical assistance for mother and child. Although we do not recommend or provide referrals, we give accurate information about abortion risks and procedures. Most of all, unconditional love is extended to all family members, providing them with God’s intended sense of dignity and self-worth. All information is kept confidential.
